T.M.W. is a family run business based in Bridgend South Wales, specialising in all aspects of U-PVC installations. Neil Taylor has over 20 years experience fitting U-PVC products from guttering and fascia to fully fitted conservatories and garage conversions. Neil personally oversees all our jobs from start to finish, from the initial pricing, the installation and the handover of the finished project however big or small.

Bridgend, BridgendNeil offered to build a double-storey extension for a cheap price. Gained my trust and requested 5k up front for "Materials". He took my money without the intention of doing the work and has since become uncontactable. Legal action is in progress and I am currently pursuing it with the help of Solicitors. Neil has previously been in the media for substandard work and misleading customers.

Barry, Vale of GlamorganWhat a lovely company to deal with. After receiving a very competitive quote from the owner, Neil, the work was started promptly. I had a garage conversion, which was completed to a very high standard. The work was completed as planned, back in 2022. We've had no problems with the conversion, and we've gone through a pretty miserable winter. If I need any work done in the future, Neil and his team will be my 1st choice.

BridgendNeil The Cowboy Taylor, 20 years of experience in ripping people off, making false promises, stealing 20k in construction which had to be taken down after 2 years as it was so dangerous. He agreed he didn't know what he was doing and promised to pay us back.
Neil and his team were an absolute blessing. I initially asked him to do a garage conversion into a living room and the finish was excellent. I’m saying initially, because I trusted him to do a drive conversion, fit an awkward window and hang new doors. He was a pleasure to deal with and great with communication and letting me know what each job would cost. If I needed any other work doing, I will be straight on the phone to him. He and his team are genuine and honest. I’m a very satisfied customer – I don’t generally do reviews, but the finished results and quality, speak for themselves. Thanks Neil!

BridgendSame problem! Roof leaking and rotten and Neil disappeared. He even threatened us that he will take out the doors and windows if we don’t make the last payment before he finish the work. He wants full payment when only half job was done! We spent £20,000 on conservatory and never came back with the faults. It was a substandard roof and fooled us in putting rubber roof instead of proper roofing. Now everything he did was rotten and an assessor can’t believe it either! Lisa and John, can you let me know how to proceed with suing him? I’ve been chasing him for few years we thought we are the only one!
They are so wrong about this review. Brilliant guy!
