I have been involved in double glazing since leaving the RAF in 1989; working for both local and national companies and selling their products. In 1991 I started to learn all aspects of double glazing, from surveying and fitting all products to service calls and fixing windows and doors that were already installed.

I believe that you do a job once and do it right. When you are installing your product in a customer's home and you rush, mistakes can be made either with your products or their home. I treat every home as if it were mine, taking time to carefully remove the existing window and keeping disturbance to a minimum.
