Hugh McLachlan founded Outlook in 1990, with a view to providing a reliable, comprehensive repair service, mainly for aluminium and UPVC windows and doors. The business has since gone from strength to strength, thanks to its transparent, fuss-free service, competitive rates, and the considerable expertise held by Hugh and his team.

Hugh currently has 38 years' experience in the trade, including a fourteen year background in surveying and installation, prior to establishing Outlook. He now employs two time-served window and door repair engineers, who have worked with Outlook for sixteen and six years respectively.

The team work together on larger projects, and with 60 years' combined experience, no job is too difficult! We specialise in the replacement of misted or broken double glazed units, PVC panels for UPVC doors, and the installation of new, insurance complicit locking systems.
