About the Business
The founder was a real craftsman, a time served joiner and cabinetmaker, and he saw the opportunity to provide the local market with high quality, home improvement products and services.
During the 1970's and 80's the double glazing business became a real growth industry, seeing the development of new technologies and materials, Farleys continued to offer customers the choice of traditional timber products or the newer Aluminium and UPVC products.
Farleys gained a reputation as the best company in the city when it came to bespoke joinery work whether supplying or replacing doors, windows, kitchens and conservatories. The company grew through customer recommendations and this proved to be a solid base to build on because customers appreciated Farleys quality, value and service.
